Everything DiSC® - Get started - course process
Before
Pre-work
3-4 weeks before the course, you will receive an email with tutorial films.
You will also receive a link to an Everything DiSC Workplace profile. Once you have completed the profile it is available for download.
You must read your report and watch the tutorial films before the course starts.
During
Module 1:
You will learn the basic understanding of the Everything DiSC® model, how the profiles are constructed and validated, and how the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile’s content and material can be employed in an organizational context.
Module 2:
You will practice how to give personal feedback and formulate hypotheses. On module 2 you are also introduced to the Sales®, Management®, Work of Leaders® profile, the Catalyst® platform as well as the team model – The Five Behaviors®
In general the course is structured around learning how to work with and implement Everything DiSC®, individually, organizationally, and teambased.
After
Included in the course fee is access to an EPIC account, an online management platform from which you send out links to profiles and generate reports for download. After the course we offer personal help setting it up. You are now qualified to use the profiles and the tools.
Finally, you get access to DISCnordic’s Facilitation universe which contains extra films, PowerPoints and handouts (for facilitation). We also continuously offer free sparring and support, e.g. how to send links, give feedback, facilitate workshops or develop concepts.
Meet your instructor
Hi, my name is Michael, and I’ll be your instructor during our training programs.
I’m a partner and co-founder of DISCnordic, with over 25 years of experience in both Danish and international organizations — from small start-ups to large corporations. This broad experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and contexts you work in, allowing me to connect theory directly to your everyday reality.
I’ve been teaching DISC for more than 15 years and have trained over 2,000 users in the tool. This means I can help you apply the DISC framework in a way that makes a real difference in your daily work and professional relationships.
In addition to my practical experience, I have a broad academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education, a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University, and I’m currently pursuing a second Master’s in Well-being and Resource Psychology at Aarhus University.
I’m also the author of the books DISC Handbook (2025) and Empowerment (2023).
