Everything DiSC® contributes every day to make managers and employees more effective in communication. Everything DiSC is Danish validated and the content of the report is thus held against a Danish norm group. Everything DiSC is used today by HR professionals, managers, coaches and consultants all over the world.



DiSC is one of the world’s most widely used and recognized personal profile tools and is successfully used worldwide in both large and small organizations to work purposefully with recruitment, leadership, development, sales, negotiation, collaboration, team development and communication. In short: (almost) everything that deals with professional, human relationships. There are many different versions of DiSC and you may already have encountered different ways to spell the word (DISK, DISC). At DISCnordic, our edition is called Everything DiSC and represents the latest generation of DiSC tools on the market.


The advantage of using Everything DiSC as an organizational development tool is that it is simple, intuitive and easy to implement, regardless of the size and complexity of the organization. The DiSC model offers a framework of understanding that, without putting people in booths and boxes, allows both managers and employees to coordinate different needs for communication, motivation, collaboration and leadership with the help of simple approaches. Where can you use Everything DiSC

Sales and Communication Training

Know your sales style and understand the needs and motives of your customers. What are your strengths and challenges as a salesperson and communicator, and how do you best adapt your style to the recipient’s DiSC profile?


Know your management style and learn how to adapt your management to the situation and the needs of your employees. What leadership skills does your DiSC profile support, and what leadership tasks do you find most difficult to lift satisfactorily?

Relationships and collaboration

Everything DiSC is created for relationships and collaboration, the tool’s intuitive structure makes it easy and effective to use in everyday life. DISCdialog - engelsk

DISCdialog spillet – engelsk

DISCdialog kan benyttes på mange måder, og man kan nemt lave sine egne øvelser til dialog spillet. Sættet indeholder 80 kort med forskellige ord (20 ord pr. DISC stil).

DISCdialog indeholder 5 øvelser, som hver især har fokus på forskellige situationer:

  • Tillids-øvelsen
    • Bruges til at opbygge sårbarhedsbaseret tillid i et team eller en gruppe
  • Anerkendende feedback-øvelsen
    • Hjælper med at sætte fokus på værdien og vigtigheden af ros og anerkendelse
  • Rules of Engagement-øvelsen
    • Bruges til at opbygge et sæt regler, for hvordan vi indgår i konflikt med hinanden
  • Præsentations-øvelsen
    • Denne øvelse kan bruges som en alternativ præsentationsrunde
  • Rekrutterings-øvelsen
    • Øvelsen kan hjælpe med at starte dialogen til en rekrutteringssamtale. Den kan samtidigt bruges til at vurdere kandidatens selvindsigtsniveau
