Everything DiSC® - Get started (2-day course)

The course will enable you to work professionally and with targeted organizational development, employee and manager development, conflict management, sales and recruitment.

If you already have a certification in a similar tool, instead you can participate in our Everything DiSC® – Conversion

Target group

Consultants, managers and others who work professionally with organizational development, HR, management, recruitment, change, sales etc. The course applies to those who need a simple, practical and validated personality assessment tool to support these activities.

Everything DiSC® - Get started - course process

Before

Pre-work
3-4 weeks before the course, you will receive an email with tutorial films.

You will also receive a link to an Everything DiSC Workplace® profile. Once you have completed the profile it is available for download.

You must read your report and watch the tutorial films before the course starts.

During

Module 1:
You will learn the basic understanding of the Everything DiSC® model, how the profiles are constructed and validated, and how the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile’s content and material can be employed in an organizational context. The course is structured around a one-to-many facilitation context.

Module 2:

You will practice how to apply the profile to an organizational context, including giving personal feedback (to the other course participants) and formulating hypotheses. On day 2 you are also introduced to the Sales®, Management® and Work of Leaders® profile as well as the team model – The Five Behaviors®

After

Included in the course fee is access to an EPIC account, an online management platform from which you send out links to profiles and generate reports for download. After the course we offer personal help setting it up. You are now qualified to use the profiles and the tools.

Finally, you get access to DISCnordic’s Facilitation universe which contains extra films, PowerPoints and handouts (for facilitation). We also continuously offer free sparring and support, e.g. how to send links, give feedback, facilitate workshops or develop concepts.
