Declaration of Consent

I hereby give consent for DISCnordic to store and process the information I have provided in the form to contact me.

Information submitted in the form is sent to a mailbox where only authorized personnel with special access can access and process the information.

Once contact has been achieved and the information provided in this form is no longer needed, it will be deleted.

By giving consent, it is accepted that DISCnordic, until contact is achieved, may store and process my information.

DISCnordic is the Data Controller.

Consent is given freely and can be withdrawn at any time.

I also declare that I have been informed of my rights and how I exercise them, cf. DISCnordic’s personal data policy.

Samtykkeerklæring

Jeg giver hermed samtykke til at DISCnordic må opbevare og behandle de oplysninger jeg har afgivet i formularen, til at kontakte mig.

Oplysninger afgivet i formularen, sendes til en mailpostkasse, hvor kun autoriseret personale med særlig adgang kan tilgå og behandle oplysningerne.

Når kontakt er opnået, og der ikke længere er behov for oplysningerne, der er afgivet i denne formular, slettes de.

Ved afgivelse af samtykke accepteres det, at DISCnordic, indtil kontakt er opnået, må opbevare og behandle mine oplysninger.

DISCnordic er Dataansvarlig.

Samtykket er afgivet frit og kan til enhver tid trækkes tilbage.

Jeg erklærer samtidig at jeg har fået oplyst mine rettigheder og hvordan jeg udøver dem jf.  DISCnordics persondatapolitik.
