Information submitted in the form is sent to a mailbox where only authorized personnel with special access can access and process the information.
Once contact has been achieved and the information provided in this form is no longer needed, it will be deleted.
By giving consent, it is accepted that DISCnordic, until contact is achieved, may store and process my information.

Consent is given freely and can be withdrawn at any time.
