An Everything DiSC Workplace® certification is aimed at you who work professionally and targeted with HR through, among other things, organizational development, employee and managerial development, conflict management, sales and recruitment.

The purpose of Everything DiSC Workplace certification is thus to strengthen the company’s HR skills through one of the most recognized and widely used HR profile tools, whether you work as an internal resource person or external consultant. With an Everything DiSC Workplace certification from DISCnordic, you get the features to work with the renowned Everything DiSC HR tool.

Our Everything DiSC profiles are the 3rd generation of the DiSC profile, and launched in 2011. The special thing about Everything DiSC is that it is the first DiSC profile in the world, built around a normative questionnaire, and that it also is adaptive. The report has an intuitive layout and that the report is written in an acknowledging and strength-based language for the respondent.

The new intuitive layout is based on a circumplex model, which makes the communication and facilitation in both one-on-one and team contexts much more understandable, thereby increasing the participants’ output and the opportunity to transfer to everyday situations.


An Everything DiSC Workplace certification is an internationally approved certification that provides access to one of the world’s most widely used and recognized personal profile tools.

It is used successfully throughout the world in both large and small organizations for targeted work on recruitment, leadership, development, sales, negotiation, collaboration, team development and communication.


Upon completion of the certification, you will be given access to many types of DiSC profiles. Purpose of an Everything DiSC Workplace certification

Everything DiSC Workplace certification enables you to provide personalized feedback and to train and develop others using DiSC. The certification gives you a solid theoretical and practical foundation to:

1. Interpret an Everything DiSC Workplace, as well as provide ethically sound feedback.

2. Use DiSC as a framework for understanding individuals or groups.

3. Be able to work with DiSC in relation to leadership, teams and organizational development.

No English classes planned – but we will be more than happy to offer it – a closed class will be offered with 4 or more people. We offer online classes in English at all times. 

Three consecutive days: DKK 19,500 excl. VAT

Consultants, managers and others already familiar with a DISC tool, be it DiSC Classic® or another DISC-like tool from another supplier.

Prerequisite for participation is that you are certified in a similar tool.

The plan for an Everything DiSC Certification


Approximately 2-3 weeks before the course starts you will
receive an email with:

A link to an Everything DiSC Workplace profile. This one you need to fill out.

After completing, you can immediately see the completed report that you need to read before the course starts. In addition, you also receive access to
more information, where you need to read preparatory materials, as well as solve the prework exercises.

This must be read and done before the course starts.


During the first two days, a basic understanding of the DiSC model is created, an understanding of how the profiles are constructed and validated, and how the Everything DiSC Workplace report’s content and material can be used in the work in an organizational context. A lot of work is done from a one-to-several facilitation context.

The first half of day three is spent on training, in how the profile is put into play in a one-on-one context. Specifically, participants gain insight into providing personal feedback, including forming hypotheses. Feedback is trained with the other students.

The last half of the day goes with the introduction to the Sales, Management and Work of Leaders profile as well as the Team Model; The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

Finally, you receive a material package containing:

  • USB key with large powerpoint library

When the course is completed, read and then take the exam. Once you have passed the exam you will receive an electronic certificate which you can save or print.

You will subsequently gain access to EPIC, an online administration portal as well as personalized help to set it up.

You get access to use the many different profiles and tools contained in the certification.

The PowerPoint library provided is packed with material, so you can easily and easily customize your own processes afterwards.

You will have access to our facilitation library with material, and the opportunity to receive free sparring and support on a continuous basis. the use of the tool, both for posting links, but also in terms of feedback, concept development and facilitation.

More types of Everything DiSC® profiles

A DISC certification from DISCnordic gives you access to several Everything DiSC profiles. The common denominator for all profiles is that they are constructed based on the well-known circumplex model. The advantage of this is that all profiles can play together and are therefore combined in e.g. Comparative reports, Group Culture, facilitation and Team reports.

Everything DiSC Workplace

The Everything DiSC Workplace® profile focuses on collaboration between colleagues. That is, it is based on a symmetrical relationship, ie. an equal relationship. The profile provides specific tips on how the respondent can become better at collaborating with other DiSC styles. It is often referred to as the All-round profile, as it is very generically applicable.

The profile consists of three main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on the respondent's own strengths and challenges.

2. Understand others - focus on what characterizes the other DiSC styles.

3. Adaptation - tips and hints on how to style your behavior with others.

Everything DiSC Management

The Everything DiSC® Management profile focuses on management of different types of employees. Ie how, as a manager, you have to be aware that employees are different and therefore the approach to them must be so.

The profile consists of five main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on the respondent's own strengths and challenges as a leader.

2. Access to delegation - how managers delegate to D, i, S and C employees respectively.

3. Access to motivation - how to motivate employees with D, i, S and C styles respectively.

4. Approach to development - how managers develop different employees with D, i, S and C styles respectively.

5. Access to collaborate with other leaders.

Audience: Managers, project managers, internal trainers, managerial talents, etc.

Everything DiSC Sales

Everything DiSC® Sales profile focuses on the seller-customer relationship. The profile focuses sharply on the strengths and limitations the respondent has as a seller and how these are brought into play in relation to working with different customers.

For this profile there is a special customer profile tool that is free to use.

The profile consists of five main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on your strengths and limitations as a seller.

2. Recognition of the D, i, S and C buying styles, i.e. how do i spot the different customers.

3. Understand your customers and what drives the different types of customers.

4. Understanding how to customize your behavior according to D, i, S and C customers.

5. Mapping and planning of customer strategies, including how to "read" customers.

Audience: Sellers, advisors and others working with clients and customer relationships.

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders

The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® profile focuses on leadership one to many. The profile is based on the VAE model (Vision, Aligment & Execution) and processes each of the three management disciplines from the best-practice continuum where the respondent is placed in a total of 18 continuum.

The Work of Leaders concept contains a truly useful team profile, where a leadership team can map the entire team's strengths and areas of attention, thus forming an overview of the team's complementary competencies.

The profile is structured in four main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on the respondent's own strengths and challenges as a leader.

2. Vision - six best practice continuums that illustrate the leader's strengths and limitations. visons element

Everything DiSC 363® for Leaderscombines the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC®, plus three strategies to put into action immediately.

Everything DiSC Productive Conflict provides participants with techniques that can enhance their self-understanding of conflict behavior. Rather than focusing on resolving conflicts with a step-by-step process, the purpose of Everything DiSC Productive Conflict is to uncover your personal response patterns in conflict situations. The program helps participants rein in destructive thoughts and behaviors and transform conflicts into something constructive, ultimately improving workplace outcomes and relationships.

DISCdialog kan benyttes på mange måder, og man kan nemt lave sine egne øvelser til dialog spillet. Sættet indeholder 80 kort med forskellige ord (20 ord pr. DISC stil).

DISCdialog indeholder 5 øvelser, som hver især har fokus på forskellige situationer:
