DISC Upgrade and converting

A DISC Upgrade & Conversion is for those who are already familiar with the DISC model and are certified in a similar tool, but want to use Wiley’s Everything DiSC® in your work. The upgrade or conversion will take one day and you will be able to use the tools directly after the certification.


One of the most profile tools in the world

The purpose of a DISC Upgrade & Conversion is thus to strengthen the company’s competencies through one of the most recognized and used profile tools in the world.

Our Everything DiSC® profiles are the third generation of the DISC profile, and were launched in 2011.

What is special about Everything DiSC® is that, as the first DISC profile in the world, it is built around a normative questionnaire and that it is also adaptive. This results in a more intuitive layout and that the report is written in an acknowledging and strength-based language for the respondent.


A DISC Upgrade & Conversion is DISCnordic’s own certification, and provides access to Everything DiSC tools – one of the world’s most widely used and recognized personal profile tools.


After completing the course, you will have access to four types of Everything DiSC profiles. Workplace with focus on collaboration between colleagues, Sales with focus on seller-customer relationship, Management with focus on one-to-one management and Work of Leaders with focus on strategic management: one to many people relationships.

Purpose of a DISC Upgrade & Conversion

DISC Upgrade & Conversion enables you to provide personalized feedback and to train and develop others using Everything DiSC. The course provides you with a solid theoretical and practical foundation to:

1. Interpret an Everything DiSC profiles, as well as provide ethically sound feedback.

2. Use Everything DiSC as a framework for understanding individuals or groups.

3. Be able to work with Everything DiSC in relation to leadership, teams and organizational development.

Below you will find the practical information regarding a DISC Upgrade & Conversion.

No English classes planned – but we will be more than happy to offer it – a closed class will be offered with 4 or more people. 

One day course from 09:00 – 17:00

Copenhagen or Fredericia

Ca. two weeks before the course, you will receive a link to an Everything DiSC Workplace profile – this you must complete before the course starts.

On the course you will receive a USB with usable documents around Everything DiSC

Consultants, managers and others already familiar with a DISC tool, be it DiSC Classic® or another DISC-like tool from another supplier.

Prerequisite for participation is that you are certified in a similar tool.

More types of Everything DiSC® profiles

A DISC certification from DISCnordic gives you access to several Everything DiSC profiles. The common denominator for all profiles is that they are constructed based on the well-known circumplex model. The advantage of this is that all profiles can play together and are therefore combined in e.g. Comparative reports, Group Culture, facilitation and Team reports.

Everything DiSC Workplace

The Everything DiSC Workplace® profile focuses on collaboration between colleagues. That is, it is based on a symmetrical relationship, ie. an equal relationship. The profile provides specific tips on how the respondent can become better at collaborating with other DiSC styles. It is often referred to as the All-round profile, as it is very generically applicable.

The profile consists of three main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on the respondent's own strengths and challenges.

2. Understand others - focus on what characterizes the other DiSC styles.

3. Adaptation - tips and hints on how to style your behavior with others.

Audience: All people

Everything DiSC Management

The Everything DiSC® Management profile focuses on management of different types of employees. Ie how, as a manager, you have to be aware that employees are different and therefore the approach to them must be so.

The profile consists of five main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on the respondent's own strengths and challenges as a leader.

2. Access to delegation - how managers delegate to D, i, S and C employees respectively.

3. Access to motivation - how to motivate employees with D, i, S and C styles respectively.

4. Approach to development - how managers develop different employees with D, i, S and C styles respectively.

5. Access to collaborate with other leaders.

Audience: Managers, project managers, internal trainers, managerial talents, etc.

Everything DiSC Sales

Everything DiSC® Sales profile focuses on the seller-customer relationship. The profile focuses sharply on the strengths and limitations the respondent has as a seller and how these are brought into play in relation to working with different customers.

For this profile there is a special customer profile tool that is free to use.

The profile consists of five main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on your strengths and limitations as a seller.

2. Recognition of the D, i, S and C buying styles, i.e. how do i spot the different customers.

3. Understand your customers and what drives the different types of customers.

4. Understanding how to customize your behavior according to D, i, S and C customers.

5. Mapping and planning of customer strategies, including how to "read" customers.

Audience: Sellers, advisors and others working with clients and customer relationships.

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders

The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® profile focuses on leadership one to many. The profile is based on the VAE model (Vision, Aligment & Execution) and processes each of the three management disciplines from the best-practice continuum where the respondent is placed in a total of 18 continuum.

The Work of Leaders concept contains a truly useful team profile, where a leadership team can map the entire team's strengths and areas of attention, thus forming an overview of the team's complementary competencies.

The profile is structured in four main sections:

1. Know yourself - focusing on the respondent's own strengths and challenges as a leader.

2. Vision - six best practice continuums that illustrate the leader's strengths and limitations. visons element

3. Aligment - six best practice continuas that illustrate the leader's strengths and limitations. obtaining the aligment element.

4. Execution - six best practice continuas that illustrate the leader's strengths and limitations. execution - in Danish: implementation.

Target audience: Middle managers and top managers who, in their work, want a slightly heavier development tool that can be brought into play both for individual development as well as leadership team development

Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders

Everything DiSC 363® for Leaderscombines the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC®, plus three strategies to put into action immediately.

Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Profilen focus on:

1. Strategies to improve their leadership effectiveness

2. Clear visuals and conversational narrative style to interpret data effectively

3. Focused, balanced, and constructive feedback that allows for growth and learning

This application uses clear visuals and a conversational narrative style to interpret and explain its data, making the report easy to understand and use. Whether an emerging high potential or an experienced executive, participants incorporate critical feedback from direct reports, peers, and bosses into a development plan that is both productive and satisfying, ultimately elevating leadership effectiveness.

Everything DiSC Agile EQ

Everything DiSC Agile EQ is a classroom training and personalized learning experience that teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.

2. Understanding your EQ strengths

3. Recognizing your EQ potential

4. Committing to customized strategies for building agility

Participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. In this half-day training, participants will discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility. The result is an emotionally intelligent workforce that can support your thriving agile culture.


Everything Productive Conflict

Everything DiSC Productive Conflict provides participants with techniques that can enhance their self-understanding of conflict behavior. Rather than focusing on resolving conflicts with a step-by-step process, the purpose of Everything DiSC Productive Conflict is to uncover your personal response patterns in conflict situations. The program helps participants rein in destructive thoughts and behaviors and transform conflicts into something constructive, ultimately improving workplace outcomes and relationships.

The profile consists of three main sections:
1. How do you react in conflict situations?

2. How can you better recognize your destructive behavior patterns and potential triggering factors?

3. How to choose a more constructive response?

DISCdialog spillet – engelsk

DISCdialog kan benyttes på mange måder, og man kan nemt lave sine egne øvelser til dialog spillet. Sættet indeholder 80 kort med forskellige ord (20 ord pr. DISC stil).

DISCdialog indeholder 5 øvelser, som hver især har fokus på forskellige situationer:

  • Tillids-øvelsen
    • Bruges til at opbygge sårbarhedsbaseret tillid i et team eller en gruppe
  • Anerkendende feedback-øvelsen
    • Hjælper med at sætte fokus på værdien og vigtigheden af ros og anerkendelse
  • Rules of Engagement-øvelsen
    • Bruges til at opbygge et sæt regler, for hvordan vi indgår i konflikt med hinanden

    • Denne øvelse kan bruges som en alternativ præsentationsrunde
