At DISCnordic’s AdaptGRT certification training, you will learn how to apply, interpret and report the score on a test. This is done on an introduction to respectively. the principles of adaptive testing, correct interpretation of the score in relation to key statistical concepts, and deepening understanding of the three cognitive abilities that AdaptGRT measures.

In addition, you will receive good advice on how to put the testing tool at stake in relation to the organizational and business challenges you face, and not least, you will be introduced to the best practice principles of ethically sound dissemination of such personal and sensitive information as the result of a cognitive test is and how it can be specifically combined with the DISC profile.

Cognitive tool in recruitment

Whether you are recruiting talent, specialists or managers, AdaptGRT will provide you with a valuable tool to support your work process.

However, a cognitive test, such as AdaptGRT, should not stand alone in a recruitment process, but on the contrary only becomes seriously valuable when combined with other tools such as Everything DiSC®, competency mapping, or reference mapping. This is also affected by the certification course, and here you get ideas on how an entire recruitment or talent selection program could look like, including how it can be specifically combined with the DISC profile.

The certification is completed in half a day and ends by being presented to the online platform GeneSys, through which you can broadcast and manage links, tests and profiles.

Being able to assess a person’s potential in relation to a position or development course is an essential part of the selection process.

The target group and the objective of AdaptGRT certification

The AdaptGRT certification teaches you how to apply, interpret and report the score on a test.

At the same time, you will receive good advice on how to put the testing tool at stake in relation to the organizational and business challenges you may face.

1. To become familiar with the basic concepts that lie around working with cognitive tests as well as insight into the design of the tool.

2. Gaining knowledge and skills that enable you to provide feedback.

3. Become aware of relevant links between DISC profiles and cognitive tests, and thus be inspired to think about the use of cognitive tests in more than just recruitment.

The course is primarily intended for consultants, internal as well as external, who work with recruitment, talent development, etc. and who want to make even more qualified recruiting and shooting goals.

It is not a requirement that you are DISC certified. However, there will be links to DISC on the course.

You will have access to an online administration portal Genesys, as well as personalized help to set it up.

Possibility of continuous free sparring and support in connection with. the use of the tool, both for posting links and ifm. Feedback.

DISCdialog spillet – engelsk

DISCdialog kan benyttes på mange måder, og man kan nemt lave sine egne øvelser til dialog spillet. Sættet indeholder 80 kort med forskellige ord (20 ord pr. DISC stil).

DISCdialog indeholder 5 øvelser, som hver især har fokus på forskellige situationer:

  • Tillids-øvelsen
    • Bruges til at opbygge sårbarhedsbaseret tillid i et team eller en gruppe
  • Anerkendende feedback-øvelsen
    • Hjælper med at sætte fokus på værdien og vigtigheden af ros og anerkendelse
  • Rules of Engagement-øvelsen
    • Bruges til at opbygge et sæt regler, for hvordan vi indgår i konflikt med hinanden
  • Præsentations-øvelsen
    • Denne øvelse kan bruges som en alternativ præsentationsrunde
  • Rekrutterings-øvelsen
    • Øvelsen kan hjælpe med at starte dialogen til en rekrutteringssamtale. Den kan samtidigt bruges til at vurdere kandidatens selvindsigtsniveau
