15FQ + can be widely used in your organization and is particularly suitable for recruitment, on-boarding of new employees and development (managers, talents, key employees). In a recruitment process, the value is increased by combining 15FQ + with DISCnordic’s cognitive tool AdaptGRT. The combination of both personality and cognitive abilities increases the safety side of whether the person has both the right personal qualities but also the ability to perform the tasks at the level of complexity needed.
The tool goes into depth with the person and contains five different reports that provide targeted information about a respondent in any recruitment or development situation.

A 15FQ + certification provides access to a range of in-depth, expert reports used for decision making and feedback. These describe a person’s typical interpersonal behavior, thinking and decision-making style, as well as ways of dealing with workplace pressure. The Extended Report includes Preferred Team Roles, Leadership Style and Career Themes. Competency, Emotional Intelligence and Counter-productive Behavior reports (shadow sites / derailors) are also available.

After a certification, you get access to five different reports that provide in-depth information about a candidate. The purpose of a 15FQ + certification
The 15FQ + certification enables you to understand and work with the Five-Factor model and 16 personality factors. In addition, you will be able to provide personalized feedback and use the five different reports included in the tool.
The certification gives you a solid theoretical and practical foundation to:

Progress on a 15FQ + certification
A 15 FQ + certification is a three-stage course.
The course consists of two teaching modules (2 + 1 day) and an intermediate training period.
After certification in 15FQ +, you have the opportunity to receive free sparring and support on a continuous basis. the use of the tool, both for posting links, but also in terms of feedback, concept development and facilitation.
Ca. 3 weeks before the start of the course you will receive an email with a link to the 15FQ + questionnaire. You complete the questionnaire before the course starts. You will receive your result on module 1.
In addition, you need to find two people to whom you need to send 15FQ + test link out. The two people must complete the questionnaire before starting on module 1. You give them feedback on their result between modules 1 and 2.
You will also receive reading material that must be read before the course starts.
Practical work is done with the tool and you will participate in various exercises that help get 15FQ + well under the skin. You also learn how to give personal feedback and practice the feedback you need to make afterwards. You should expect approx. 1 hour of homework between 1st and 2nd training day.
Follow-up will be followed up on the experiences and challenges experienced by the participants with the two feedback completed during the training period.
Participants are divided into groups of three and must provide feedback to each other. Feedback is given and received.
You get an introduction to the different profiles that 15FQ + contains: EI, Derailors, Ideal Profile, Team Roles, Leadership types, etc. What is the basis for the reports and how can they be used in everyday life. There is an interaction between presentations and cases that the participants work with.
You will have access to GeneSys, an online management portal as well as personalized help to set it up. You get access to use the many different profiles and tools contained in the certification. You will receive a feedback kit as well as a USB key with lots of teaching materials including. exercises and PowerPoints. Opportunity to receive free sparring and support on a continuous basis. the use of the tool, both for managing links but also in terms of feedback, concept development and facilitation.
